At Top Cosmetic Artistry, Emily is dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience for every client. To uphold the highest standards of fairness and excellence, a few essential policies have been implemented to ensure each guest feels valued.
RUNNING LATE?
Punctuality is essential to ensure we have enough time to complete your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited. If you’re running late, please notify Emily promptly via email or Instagram so she can determine whether your appointment can still proceed.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
Life happens, and Emily is happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with adequate notice. However, if you need to reschedule, please inform her at least 72 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Missed appointments will be considered no-shows and charged in full.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the length and demand of the appointment, we have a no-cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
